Standard stays are 3 to 6 months. Extensions are possible if the room is available — just let us know at least 4 weeks before your contract ends. Need something shorter? Ask us.
Mostly international students, young professionals and expats aged 20–35. Our flats are international by default — you'll likely share with people from 3–4 different countries.
The deposit is two months' rent, paid before move-in. You get it back in full within 14 days of moving out, minus any damages. We do a fair check-out inspection together.

Of course — guests are welcome for short visits. Just be considerate of your flatmates. Long-term stays of a second person aren't included in the rent, but talk to us and we'll find a solution.
Bank transfer (SEPA) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for monthly rent. The first month's rent and deposit are paid before move-in to confirm your booking. We send you a clear payment schedule with your contract.
